Royal Air Maroc is owned by the Moroccan Government and the headquarters is located in Casablanca-Anfa Airport. Its main operational hub is the Mohammed V International Airport.

Royal Air Maroc subsidiaries include RAM Cargo and RAM Express. It is not in any airlines alliance but it has codeshare agreements with several other carriers across the globe including Iberia, JetBlue, Saudia, Brussels Airlines, Etihad Airways, Kenya Airways and Turkish Airlines. Royal Air Maroc now serves over 90 domestic and international destinations including Vienna, Brussels, Montreal, Copenhagen, Venice, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Cairo, Lyon, Paris, Frankfurt and London.

Royal Air Maroc is currently in plan to buy more Boeing 787 for its long-haul flights. It is planning to acquire twenty to thirty more aircrafts to replace its aging fleet by 2020.

Royal Air Maroc offers only Business and Economy class options. The Business class is equipped with wide leather seats with massage function, personal TV screen and toiletry bag. For long-haul flights, blockbuster movies, TV shows, music channels and variety of games are available from the personal TV screen. On medium-haul and short-haul flights, Economy class passengers will have to settle for the big screen for the whole cabin. Alternatively, Royal Air Maroc provides a selection of local and international newspapers and magazines. Hot meals are served on long-haul and medium-haul flights. Only cold snacks are provided on flights lasting less than 2 hours.

Safar flyer is the frequent flyer program for Royal Air Maroc.  Similar to most loyalty programs, passengers collect miles within a calendar year to go up the tier with the higher tiers providing more benefits including seat upgrades, excess baggage allowance and priority check-in and boarding. Members can also collect miles on its partner airlines like Iberia, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways.

On the ground, Royal Air Maroc takes pride in its newly-refurbished Casablanca Lounge located in the Casablanca Airport. Business class passengers can enjoy the use of its business centre, fast WiFi, comfortable day beds and enjoy the buffet of hot meals provided.
